I recently finished my second Zumba challenge (for those who don't know what Zumba is, check out http://www.myzumba.ca/). Each challenge is 12 weeks, 1 night per week. After the first challenge, I really didn't see much of a difference, but after the second challenge, I have to say I was very impressed!!! I lost a total of 8 lbs and a few inches where it counts! I may not yet be at my pre-preggo weight, but I can fit into my Sevens again so I am happy.
If you are looking for something fun and exciting but still a workout, check out Zumba. You won't be disappointed.
